Helen Lea
Helen is the Head of Human Resources for British American Tobacco – Australasia. Having worked with the group for over 11 years at both country level and in a Global capacity she has a wealth of experience in Organisational and Leadership development, Change and Talent Management. Her current geographical remit includes Australia, New Zealand and the islands of the South Pacific, whilst she is also involved in a number of key initiatives across Asia Pacific more broadly. Helen studied in South Africa, qualifying as an Organisational Psychologist and spending her early working career in Financial Services.
