My Mentor Administration


This is an administrative service provided by Emberin to administer rollout of the My Mentor program throughout organizations to women who are participating in the program. It enables the rollout of the My Mentor program in organizations to be virtually admin free. This administration service includes the following:

  1. Liaison with you to agree content of communications to participants and managers
  2. Weekly communication to participants 
  3. Survey for participants (content can be tailored)
  4. Regular communication to managers
  5. Participant feedback reporting to client
  6. Help function for participants - via telephone or email. The help function is for technical issues only. For career guidance the organisation will need to have a point of contact from HR or look to the advice packages below.

We can also provide you with a Project Management System to help you administer the program yourself without external assistance from Emberin.  This is a system which provides guidance on how to use the My Mentor Program for a broad range of participants in your organization.
